1. Where are the orders shipped from?
All of the orders are hand-packed and shipped from Kraków, Poland.
2. When will my order be shipped?
The orders are being packed all week and twice a week shipped from my apartment, there's no particular day of a week when we are sending packages (excluding holidays). If there are any delays (for example, due to health-related reasons) a necessary update will be posted on the site.
3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders (in Poland) usually take between 1 to 3 days to arrive, depending on the shipping option chosen. There's also an option to pick-up an order in person in Kraków but for more details dm @lovbir__ (on insta).
International orders usually take between 3 to 10 days to arrive, but that time can change due to many factors (weather, holidays, etc.).
Please note that orders from outside the European Union may be up for additional import fees collected in the country of destination directly from the buyer.
4. My order did not arrive. What do I do?
Some orders may take longer to arrive due to multiple unexpected factors. Make sure to check your tracking often to see the status of your shipment.

5. Do you accept refunds?
The orders are not up for refunds, however if you're having any issues with your order please contact me through the contact form or via my social media DMs.
6. Do you accepts payments via PayPal?
Unfortunately, PayPal is not an available payment method at the moment.
